Got the idea after watching some Sonic The Hedgehog fanimations and then seeing some Steven Universe art after.
I seriously just pictured Peridot yelling at Sonic "You Ignorant Hedge-CLOD!!"
Maybe she was helping Dr. Ivo Robotnik (eggman) and Sonic and gang smashed all the nefarious tech she worked so hard on.

Cute. I like to imagine this is just Peridot shapeshifted into a Mobian hedgehog. Or is this an AU where the gems settled on Mobius?
